In the late 1970's Rick started as a Real Estate Appraiser in Southern California, On March 1,st 1980 Rick started his own Appraisal and Home Inspection company in Southern California named Tri-County Appraisal & Home Inspection Company.
In the collapse of the Savings and Loans in the early 1990's Rick made a move to Mountain Home, Idaho and also moved his company to Idaho in 1993. In 1997 Rick relocated again to better position himself to Twin Falls to better serve Southern Idaho, where he still operates Tri-county Appraisal and Home Inspections. Rick felt that this better served the public and the clientele he was serving ( Military ).
In the collapse of the housing market in the mid 2000's and the increase in foreclosures, Rick seen the need to become a license Real Estate Agent to serve the needs of the public, after three years of working for several Real Estate Firms in the Magic and Treasure valleys, Rick seen the Greatest need of all, the Need of a Brokerage Firm that WORKS for the Public and is there to help CREATE a persons biggest investment to be STRESS FREE and ENJOYABLE !
